B. Location Data (Foreground / Background as required)

With your permission, we collect precise and approximate location data through GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular network. This is strictly required to:

• Accurately locate your vehicle at your chosen address for doorstep cleaning and car care.
• Assist drivers and service partners in navigating to your location.
• Enable smooth pickup and drop-off coordinates for "Book A Cab" and "Book A Driver" requests.

C. Device and Usage Data

• Device Identifiers: IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
• App Analytics & Crash Logs: Diagnostic data, performance metrics, and usage frequency to ensure app reliability.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send real-time service status, booking confirmations, and OTPs.

D. Payment Information

When you make transactions, payments are processed securely through regulated third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or bank account passwords on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected information for specific operational and service purposes:

• To process, schedule, and execute your doorstep car wash and vehicle maintenance orders.
• To send booking acknowledgments, OTPs, status updates, and customer support notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-app alerts.
• To coordinate with verified service personnel and drivers for doorstep service delivery.
• To detect, prevent, and address security incidents, technical bugs, or unauthorized activities.
• To comply with applicable legal, accounting, and statutory requirements under Indian law.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

We work with trusted third-party providers who process data strictly under confidentiality agreements:

• Google Play Services: Core application functionality and security.
• Google Maps Platform: Address auto-completion, geocoding, and map routing for service visits.
• Firebase (Google LLC): Cloud messaging for push notifications, phone authentication, and crash analytics.
• Razorpay: Secure payment processing (compliant with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards).

4. Data Retention and Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against loss, theft, and unauthorized access:

• All data transmissions between the application and our servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL / HTTPS) protocols.
• We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services, maintain booking records, and comply with tax and legal obligations.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data:

• Access and Update: You can view and update your profile details anytime within the Dr Vehicle application.
• Location Permissions: You can revoke location access at any time through your mobile device system settings.
• Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. To submit a deletion request, email us at support@drvehicle.club with your registered phone number. We will verify and process your deletion request within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
