Summary of Terms

• Service Booking: Services can be booked via website, mobile application, WhatsApp (+91-8123307557), or Email (support@drvehicle.club).
• Charges: Rates depend on vehicle type (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, etc.) and selected service.
• Payments: Pay securely via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or cash at time of service.
• Cancellations: Free up to 4 hours before service time. Cancellations within 4 hours may attract a ₹200 fee.
• Client Duties: Provide correct vehicle details, ensure safe vehicle access, and remove valuables before service.
• Liability: DrVehicle™ is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or lost belongings left inside.
• Dispute Resolution: Governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Master Service Agreement Details

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms governing the provision of doorstep vehicle cleaning, car care, cab/driver coordination, and allied services by the Service Provider to the Client.

2. Services

2.1 The Service Provider offers car wash & detailing (Hatchback, Sedan, Mini SUV, SUV, Premium Cars), driver booking, airport cab booking, deep cleaning, car accessories supply, and allied vehicle care.

2.2 Specific services, timelines, and charges shall be determined by individual bookings placed by the Client.

2.3 Services shall be rendered at the Client’s designated location, subject to safe access and permissions.

3. Booking & Confirmation

3.1 Clients may place service requests via the App, Website (https://drvehicle.club), WhatsApp (+91-8123307557), or Helpline (+91-9036001840).

3.2 A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon acknowledgment by the Service Provider via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-app notification.

4. Service Charges & Payment

4.1 Charges shall be as per the prevailing rate card published in the application / website.

4.2 Payment shall be made through UPI, online payment gateway, wallet, or cash at the time of service.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The Client shall ensure accurate vehicle details and service address are provided, vehicle is accessible, and valuables are removed prior to service.

5.2 Failure to provide timely vehicle access may result in cancellation and/or rescheduling fees.

6. Third-Party Facilitation (Cabs, Drivers & Accessories)

6.1 "Book A Cab" and "Book A Driver" services are facilitated through independent third-party operators. DrVehicle does not employ such drivers directly; our role is coordinating the request through our platform.

6.2 Car accessories listed are supplied by third-party vendors. All purchases are between customer and vendor.

7. Liability & Indemnity

7.1 The Service Provider shall not be liable for pre-existing scratches, dents, or loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.

7.2 Maximum aggregate liability, if established by law, shall be strictly limited to the service fee paid for the specific booking.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
